Role Description
We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Professional Aviation’s Training Centre in Ozzano dell’Emilia, Bologna, Italy. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for planning and organizing flight training and theoretical instruction. The Scheduling Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient use of available resources while maintaining compliance with regulatory and training requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate sensitively, tactfully, and professionally.
- High attention to detail and precision in planning.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unforeseen challenges with flexibility.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, business aviation environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as on-call response when required.
- Previous experience in scheduling, planning, or aviation-related roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and training management systems, or a willingness to learn.
- Customer service experience is a plus.Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to operational changes.
- Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (C1) is required.
- Must have the right to work in the EU.
