Role Description
We are seeking a Operation Officer to join our team at Professional Aviation’s Training Centre in Ozzano dell’Emilia, Bologna, Italy. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the operational management of flight training courses;
- Planning, monitoring, and updating training and flight activities;
- Managing operational contingencies and rescheduling activities;
- Direct communication with students and instructors to ensure training progress;
- Managing and updating technical documentation according to ENAC regulations;
- Interfacing with national and international students.
Ideal candidate requirements:
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Ability to work effectively within a team;
- Interest or previous experience in aviation is highly advantageous.
